Both can work — the therapist matters more than the location. Home therapy shines for skills that must work at home anyway (feeding, toileting, daily routines) and for children who lose learning in car rides and waiting rooms. Centres offer equipment and peer interaction. The strongest predictor of progress in either setting is parent involvement: insist on being present or trained every session, with home practice targets. Be cautious of any provider — home or centre — that keeps parents outside a closed door.
